For the woman that has everything Sofia Vergara is obviously quite difficult to shop for - or so fiancé Joe Manganiello must think. Because why else would the hunk have gifted his soon-to-be wife with a T-shirt bearing his own face. Yes, he actually got her that. Sofia, who was celebrating her 43rd birthday, didn't appear that impressed with the joke present when she received it on Friday. But like any good birthday girl she unwrapped it and wore it immediately, despite the fact that she was already wearing a gorgeous yellow dress. However we've got a sneaky feeling that theModern Family star wasn't trying to be polite, but instead wanted in on the joke. Afterwards the actress shared a snap of her modelling the top with her4.3 million Instagram followers . She captioned it:"Bday gift," along with a string of crying emojis. She later shared another in the top, but this time she was tucking into a goblet of wine. Sofia celebrated her birthday with her family at her home in Los Angeles. From pictures shared online, it appears there was no expense spared on the festivities. The bash included live music, numerous cakes and a meal catering for ten guests. Sofia recentlyhinted that she may soon be starting a family with Joe, who is five years her junior. She told the Australian publication Woman's Day:"Joe is younger than me. He's 38. He's never had kids. "I tell him if we're going to [have kids], we have to do it, like, now, because I don't want to be 50 with a baby."
